Air Duct Camera Inspection

If you have sand, water or a funky smell coming from your duct work, there is a good chance your plenum may be compromised. The plenum is the box under your air handling unit that every duct in your house is connected to. Typically made out of sheet metal, they are prone to rusting out. Once this happens, any debris that falls into the plenum is then distributed throughout the house. This can include sand, dirt, moisture and possible mold problems. A simple camera inspection can let you see exactly what is occurring and shed light on what your family is breathing.

Drain camera survey on Sunday, September 16, 2018 11:22 PM
When my tenants emptied the home, they left the mess all around. I had to hire the professional cleaners to make the space clean and tidy, and they informed me about water clogging in the bathroom. Thus, I called up the plumbing experts and allowed them to use drain camera for knowing the cause of blockage, and unclogged the drain carefully.

Homeowners like me are always overly concerned when problems like indoor leaks, especially when it is behind walls or beneath the floors, happen. The reason for this is because it requires invasive methods to detect where the leak is. It means taking out the walls or floors to see inside. With the development of newer technologies like cameras, walls or floors can remain intact while specialists go through the house to find the problem. This is similar with thermal imaging cameras used to detect termites. These cameras can detect heat patterns, which could be an indication of termite activity. Thanks to new technologies, homeowners no longer dread what would become of their homes once the inspection alone is finished.
